After trying both melt-yourself wax and hair removal cream, I decided to go back to waxing. I had heard that waxing tends to last longer and that they sell wax strips that already have the right amount of wax on it. So, no microwaving and trying to apply the right amount yourself. Now that is a win! I came across Nad’s Facial Wax Strips that advertised that they were hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin. Perfect! Just what I needed, especially since I tend to turn red and breakout pretty quickly. So, I placed the order.

What is it?

Buy Nad’s Facial Wax Strips

Nad’s Facial Wax strips come in a box of pre-prepared wax strips. The right amount of wax has already been applied to each strip so it makes it a quick and easy process.

How to use it?

First, always, prepare your skin for hair removal. That includes washing your face. And then, rub the wax strip in between your hands to warm up the wax prior to use. Then place the strip in the area of interest, rub in the direction of hair growth, and hold skin tight when you pull it off in one quick movement. And viola, hair removed. Simple!

My experience

I am so glad that I came across these wax strips. They have made my life so much easier. It doesn’t take me more than a few minutes to wax the unwanted hair from my face. And it leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft.

Most importantly, I do not get crazy bumps after using these strips and no adverse reactions. Just a smooth, clear face. What more could you ask for.

As I mentioned, I do have sensitive skin, so I do turn red. But it goes away soon after. This is expected considering you are literally pulling at your skin. The box does come with calming wipes to help soothe the area you waxed and remove any excess wax left behind. I don’t typically use these because they don’t work as well for me. Instead, I opt to use baby oil. It provides more of the calming effect for me.

I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a quick way to remove unwanted hair and you have sensitive skin. Let me know your experience if you give these a try.

Pros:

  • Works for Sensitive Skin
  • Removed facial hair
  • Quick and easy

Cons:

  • Calming wipes not as effective (for me)

Overall

This is my go to facial hair removal product currently. They are not expensive, easy to use, and no adverse reactions. I love that I don’t have to spend too much time removing unwanted hair, and I can have time to go on with my day. I even recommend this product to my sister, and she loves them, too! Definitely recommend for those with sensitive skin. Worth a try!
