Masala Pasta (Desi Style): A Mouthwatering Recipe

Jump to Recipe

I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t eat just any pasta. American pasta is very bland and not tasty at all to me. Might be the Indian in me or it might just be the pasta, but I am always looking for ways to add more flavor into my meals.

Today’s dish to spice up is pasta. This masala pasta is the perfect Indian twist on the ordinary pasta that some enjoy. With all the added spices, there is plenty of flavor and a little kick to it. Trust me, once you try all this flavor, there is no going back to bland pasta.

In order to make this a little healthier, I opted to use lentil pasta. And on the bright side, lentil pasta cooks really fast. So if you are hungry and want food now, then try it out.

Now enough talking, lets get cooking. Your stomach is impatiently waiting for you to feed it.

Happy cooking!
